Points to consider:
- Developer requires 5% deposit without changes, 10% if changes to the unit are requested.
- GST is not included
- Appliances include french door refrigerator, slide-in range, range exhaust fan, microwave, sanitizing dishwasher, washer and dryer. Upgrade available.
- Although we believe that construction will be completed early September we would like to allow some cushion so things are not too tight at the move in time. For Phases 1 & 2 ideal Completion dates are October 28, 2016 and ideal Possession and Adjustment dates are October 29, 2016.
- Phases 3 & 4 Possession Dates should not be before December 20, 2016 and not later than February 28, 2017.
- 2” faux blinds are included on all windows where blinds are typically desired.
- The Strata Budget is $250 month or less depending on what phases are completed. The Strata Budget “All Phases” is $210.00/unit/month including the 10 percent required contingency collection, garbage collection and general liability and building insurances. The Strata Council may increase or decrease the strata fees actually charged.
- Window screens are included for all opening windows
- All cabinet doors and drawers are quality Blum hardware with soft close operation
